Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, aynı adlı filmden uyarlanan ve üçüncü şahıs bakış açısıyla yakın dövüş unsurları içeren bir first-person shooter video oyunudur. 2003 yılında Black Ops tarafından geliştirilmiş ve Atari tarafından PlayStation 2 ve Xbox için yayımlanmıştır. Oyunun izometrik bir shooter versiyonu 18 Kasım 2003 tarihinde Game Boy Advance için piyasaya sürülmüştür. Ayrıca cep telefonları için bir bulmaca oyunu da çıkarılmıştır. Oyunun GameCube için de piyasaya sürülmesi planlanmış ancak daha sonra iptal edilmiştir.

Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines is a first-person shooter video game based on the film of the same title, with elements of hand-to-hand combat in third-person perspective. It was developed by Black Ops and published by Atari for PlayStation 2 and Xbox in 2003. An isometric shooter version was released for the Game Boy Advance on November 18, 2003. A puzzle game was also released for mobile phones. The game was also going to be released for GameCube, but was eventually canceled.
