###The successor Prototype 2 - Radical Entertainment tarafından geliştirilen, açık dünyada geçen üçüncü şahıs bakış açısına sahip bir bilim kurgu macera nişancı oyunudur. Yayıncılığını Activision'ın üstlendiği oyun, 24 Nisan 2012'de PS3 ve Xbox 360 için, ardından 24 Temmuz 2012'de ise PC için piyasaya sürülmüştür. Daha sonra, Ağustos 2015'te yeni nesil konsollar olan PS4 ve Xbox One için de yayınlanmıştır.

The publisher was Activision, and the game was released on April 24, 2012, on PS3 and Xbox 360, and then, on July 24, 2012, on PC. Later, in August 2015, it was released on consoles of the next generation - PS4 and Xbox One.
