Leisure Suit Larry 5: Passionate Patti Does a Little Undercover Work, Sierra On-Line tarafından yayınlanan Leisure Suit Larry grafiksel macera oyunu serisinin dördüncü oyunudur. Seri içerisinde 256 renkli grafiklere ve tamamen simge tabanlı bir arayüze sahip olan ilk yapımdır. Oyunun ismi yanıltıcıdır çünkü Leisure Suit Larry 4 adında bir oyun bulunmamaktadır. 2017 yılında Windows desteğiyle Steam üzerinde tekrar piyasaya sürülmüştür.

Leisure Suit Larry 5: Passionate Patti Does a Little Undercover Work is the fourth entry in the Leisure Suit Larry series of graphical adventure games published by Sierra On-Line. It is the first title in the series to have 256-color graphics and a fully icon-based interface. The title of the game is misleading, as there is no Leisure Suit Larry 4. It was re-released in 2017 on Steam with Windows support.
