Jurassic Park

Michael Crichton'ın eleştirmenlerce beğenilen romanından uyarlanan 1993 yapımı Jurassic Park uzun metrajlı filminin duyurulmasının ardından, Ocean Software, BlueSky Software ve Sega gibi geliştiriciler, filmin vizyona girmesiyle eş zamanlı olarak dönemin popüler platformlarında satılacak oyunlar üretmek üzere lisans aldılar. 1997 yılında, DreamWorks Interactive ve Appaloosa Interactive dahil olmak üzere birçok geliştirici, The Lost World: Jurassic Park filminin vizyona girmesiyle eş zamanlı olarak dokuz farklı platform için çeşitli oyunlar üretti. 2001 yapımı Jurassic Park III filmi için, üçü Game Boy Advance ve üçü PC oyunu olmak üzere toplam yedi oyun üretildi. 2015 yılında piyasaya sürülen Lego Jurassic World, Jurassic World dahil olmak üzere serinin dört filminin her birini temel almaktadır. 1994 yılından bu yana, doğrudan filmlerin herhangi birine dayanmayan bir dizi başka video oyunu da piyasaya sürülmüştür.

After the announcement of the 1993 Jurassic Park feature film, based on the critically acclaimed novel by Michael Crichton, developers Ocean Software, BlueSky Software and Sega were licensed to produce games to be sold to coincide with the release of the film on the popular platforms of the time. In 1997, several developers, including DreamWorks Interactive and Appaloosa Interactive, produced various games for nine different platforms to coincide with the release of the film, The Lost World: Jurassic Park. For the 2001 film, Jurassic Park III, a total of seven games were produced, including three games for the Game Boy Advance and three PC games. Lego Jurassic World, released in 2015, is based on each of the series' four films, including Jurassic World. Since 1994, a number of other video games that are not based directly on any of the films have also been released.
