Dreamfall Chapters, beş bölümden oluşan epizodik bir oyundur. Dreamfall: The Longest Journey'in doğrudan devamı niteliğindedir ve rüyaları kontrol etme gücüne sahip olan ana karakteri Zoe Maya Castillo'nun hikayesini konu alır. Oyun, Stark ve onun büyülü kopyası olan Arkadia olmak üzere iki dünyada geçmektedir. Hikaye, esir düşmüş ve koma halinde olan Zoe'nin, hapsolduğu rüyalar dünyasından kaçmaya çalışmasıyla başlar. Bunun yerine, hiçbir şey hatırlamayan başka bir beden yaratır ve yeni bir hayata başlar.

Dreamfall Chapters is an episodic game of five chapters. It’s a direct sequel to Dreamfall: The Longest Journey and follows its protagonist Zoe Maya Castillo who has the power to control dreams. The game is set in two world - Stark and its magic clone Arkadia. The story starts with Zoe, captured and comatose, trying to escape from the World of dreams she is trapped in. Instead, she creates another body that doesn’t remember anything and starts a new life.
