Disney's Extreme Skate Adventure, Toys for Bob tarafından geliştirilen ve GameCube, PlayStation 2 ve Xbox için Activision tarafından yayınlanan bir spor video oyunudur. Game Boy Advance sürümü Vicarious Visions tarafından port edilmiştir. Oyun, Neversoft tarafından yapılan Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 ile aynı oyun motorunu kullanır ve Toy Story, The Lion King ve Tarzan'dan karakterler içerir.
